Thoughts on Transportation

We're at the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, waiting for the flight to Krabi.  The past week has been busy travel wise.  We have had the chance to bus, boat, fly, songthaew, tuk tuk, bike and walk our way from Laos to Bangkok!  The wide array of transport methods always keeps things interesting.  The most exciting moments often come when we're traveling by local transport: like when Dave had to hang on the back of a songthaew going down the freeway in Chiang Rai, while I was crammed in the back with 16 other people!
